San Diego Breweries Support Victims and Families of Orlando Shooting

After the tragic Orlando shooting, Karl Strauss and Hillcrest Brewing Co collaborated on making a beer to raise funds for the victims and families of the Orlando shooting. They developed a beer called 'All You Need Is Love', and soon other members of the San Diego brewing community came together to also create versions of All You Need Is Love.

In support of this collaboration and standing in solidarity with the LGBTQ community, Mission Brewery will provide ‘All You Need Is Love IPA’ for this collaboration and event. It's currently on tap in our tasting room! Try a 16oz pour and get the collector All You Need Is Love pint glass for only $10. A portion of the purchase will be donated to victims and families of the Orlando shooting, along with certain San Diego LGBTQ charities.

There will be a tapping event at Monkey Paw on July 21 at 6pm. The beers from the 16 breweries who have created 'All You Need Is Love' will be all on tap and ready for tasting. Collector pint glasses will be $10 and beer refills will be $4.

100% of the money raising from the event at Monkey Paw will be donated to the victims and families of the Orlando tragedy, and also to local San Diego charities. Below are the charities that you’ll be supporting with your attendance.

Equality Florida
This is the official Pulse Victims Fund page for Equality Florida, the state's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization. Equality Florida is collecting contributions via this GoFundMe page to support every single victim of the horrific shooting at Orlando's Pulse Nightclub. This includes victims’ families, survivors, and those in the club who may not have suffered physical injury but in need of support.

Lambda Legal
Founded in 1973, Lambda Legal is the oldest and largest national legal organization whose mission is to achieve full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and those with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we do not charge our clients for legal representation or advocacy, and we receive no government funding. We depend on contributions from supporters around the country.

Mama's Kitchen

Together with hundreds of volunteers, businesses, and community supporters, Mama’s Kitchen strives to help our clients stay healthy, preserve their dignity, and keep their families together by providing free, culturally appropriate home-delivered meals, along with pantry services and nutrition education.

San Diego LGBT Center
The mission of The San Diego LGBT Community Center is to enhance and sustain the health and well-being of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and HIV communities by providing activities, programs and services that create community; empower community members; provide essential resources; advocate for civil and human rights; and embrace, promote and support our cultural diversity.
