If you’ve been in to the brewery you’ve noticed our gargantuan, ever-changing beer boards. We love beer. A lot. We’re always brewing new styles and experimenting with new recipes, and this month is no exception.
Double Dry Hopped IPA
For the true San Diegan and hop lover, this beer is exactly what you’re looking for. Dry hopped with El Dorado and Simcoe hops, our Double Dry Hopped IPA is juicy deliciousness. With a pound and a half per barrel of hops, the second dry hop adds a unique hop character to this beer that we haven’t been able to replicate with just one dry hop.
Style: India Pale Ale
Raspberry Wheat has long been an employee favorite. A summertime release means that the employees are counting down the days from January to August. This beer is bursting with raspberry flavor, and for good reason! We brewed it with 4.2 pounds per barrel of real raspberry puree. Don’t let the pinkish hue fool you - this beer is all real and all delicious.
Style: Wheat Ale
We consider this the big brother of Raspberry Wheat. After seeing the popularity of Raspberry Wheat, head brewer John Egan wanted to do an Imperial version with more cowbell – errrr berry. Blackberry, Blueberry, Boysenberry and Raspberry puree, along with a distinct malt character add new dimensions to this beer. Brewed with 6.6 pounds of real fruit puree per barrel this beer is an Imperial fruity masterpiece. This beer takes 'go big or go home' to a whole new level.
